The Knitters - John Doe, Dave Alvin, Exene Cervenka, Jonny Ray Bartel, and drummer D.J. Bonebrake — appeared for two shows at the Tractor Tavern in Seattle the night before and the night of Barack Obama's inauguration. It was a spirited, political affair, with great music to boot. These shots were from the second show, on January 20. The Knitters are Highly recommended
